Meet the King of Instruments

WHAT IS A PIPE ORGAN?

How many pipes does the Kotzschmar Organ have? How can it possibly sound like a symphony orchestra?

Join Portland's municipal organist, Ray Cornils, for Meet the King of Instruments. This program is designed for 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grade students. Come learn about the pipe organ and hear some of the magnificent sounds it can make! Teachers will receive materials to prepare their students for the program. Organ tours after the performance are available for a limited number of students. For more information download the brochure or contact us. Financial assistance is available.
